Our Process:
Step 1: Audit the Accounts
- We analyse your account for any overbilling items as well as any anomalies which would usually be a result of human error in the billing process. Spikes and surges in usage can also be detected which are usually errors easily rectified and are usually caused by incorrect readings taken by council. Overly high usage in the context of the user can also be picked up which is usually a result of failing infrastructure. In this case the council would be instructed to rectify the physical fault and the account would be credited accordingly
- Monthly meter reading can be done by our teams to ensure that the readings done by council are accurate. If an error is reported it is rectified within 30 days.
- Once a full investigation and audit has been completed a meeting with the client will take place to discuss what has been uncovered including potential savings. Once all parties are satisfied an agreement will be entered into and the credits will be appear on your account within 4 to 6 weeks.
Step 2: Site Inspection
Free site inspection of meters and infrastructure. This process is important because we have found cases where meters have been removed and yet the client is still being billed. We have also found meters which are on the wrong tariff structure, impacting the amount charged for getting power to client’s premises. We also found leaking water meters or meters that have been linked to other premises that is added to the client’s bill.
Step 3: Audit Meter Readings
Monthly meter readings and quarterly audits where necessary.
Monthly meter readings are done by our teams to ensure that the readings done by council are accurate. If we uncover an error, it is reported and rectified within 30 days.
Step 4: Report to Save
Once a full investigation and audit has been completed a meeting with the client will take place to discuss what has been uncovered including potential savings. Once all parties are satisfied an agreement will be entered into and the credits will be done within 4 to 6 weeks.
