Fee Structure
- Initial high-level assessment at no cost. If we find no issues we provide a report informing you that all is in order.
- If we find a potential recovery during our high-level investigation, we enter into a formal contract to engage with the municipality on your behalf.
- Fees are only due on successful recoveries, when the credit appears on your utility bill.
- Payment terms are negotiable.

Our Founders
Rates Rebates was founded by entrepreneurs Grant Ferreira and Glenn Eccles who identified overbilling at their own companies and set out on the frustrating process of getting it resolved.
They experienced first-hand how difficult dealing with councils is just to get a reference number, not to mention the lack of follow through by employees to resolve the overbilling.
They realised that most people just give up and decided to do something about it and Rates Rebates was born.
