Yes you can, if you have a lot of time and a high frustration threshold. We have found that 90% of people give up, without the problem every being resolved. So let us do this for you. We’ve done it so many times that we know exactly what to do.

We don’t charge to do the initial high-level investigation. If we think there is a recovery, we enter into a formal agreement with you and charge a % of what we recover for you. The fee varies depending on the size of the scope of work.

All we need is a copy of your municipal bill or bills. Your physical address. We may ask you for photographs of your meters to ensure that the correct meters are being billed.

We do a high-level investigation which normally takes 2 to 3 weeks. We then enter into a formal agreement and it can take 4 to 6 weeks to get your matter resolved.

We use our expertise of the municipal billing process as well as our financial acumen and sophisticated software to analyse your municipal account in detail to find anomalies and ascertain if there are any incorrect billings that can be picked up.

If you have lodged queries and can provide us with reference numbers and or query dates, this assists us with our investigation.

We also investigate the meters and infrastructure for faults, check the tariffs charged against the tariff a business should be paying and investigate current meter readings against historical data. 

Our site inspections includes a physical team inspecting meters for leaks or damage as well as physical current readings.

Yes, the work is all done by our expert team in collaboration with employees at the relevant municipality who are all trained in problem solving. We will also provide you with a full pack at the end of the project including all municipal sign offs.

One can usually see physical signs of faulty water meters some of which include leaking, sweating or damaged dials.

We normally go back two years but we can go back as far back as five years if serious problems are suspected.

Yes, as part of the audit process, we ensure that you are being billed at the correct rates for correct usage.
